Colour Caller (2009) was a one-hour live new media performance that took place simultaneously in the city of Bradford (UK) and the Mala Galerija in Skopje (MK).

In Colour Caller, the artist completed a walk in the city of Bradford whilst listening to live sounds from Mala Galerija. These sounds were triggered by audience members who chose one of four colours (presented on a screen) related to both cities.

Starting from the Colour Museum, one of Bradford’s most unique and historical sites, the piece reflected on Bradford and Skopje’s twin city status, as well as their history and shared relation to colours and the textile industry.

The performance was documented by video, which is being screened in Mala Galerija between 19 March 2009 and 12 April 2009.
